PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS
USING THE PATIENT PORTAL
At Herb + Spice we are making life a little easier for you with the new Patient Portal. This is a free service for clients, and by registering to use the Patient Portal you can:
See upcoming appointments
Confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments
View your prescriptions and treatment plans
Order supplements from your current prescription
Upload documents (pathology report, diet diaries, photos etc)
View any courses you’re enrolled in
View documents shared from your practitioner
First time users click here to get started: https://patient.simpleclinic.net
Click 'create an account' and follow the prompts, ensuring you enter your email address and a strong password (including capital letters, numbers and characters). This email address needs to be the same as the email address that is saved on your patient file with the clinic - as this is part of the identification step.
You will receive an email from support@simpleclinic.net with subject heading "Your verification link", click on that link to verify.
You can then head back to https://patient.simpleclinic.net, select 'Sign In' then enter the email and password you selected when creating the account.
Bookmark your portal link for quick future access
Once you’ve setup this access, you can then download the Patient Portal App if you’d like to have ‘access on the go’ on your phone. The App also includes the ability to track your food, which may be an important part of your treatment plan. More updates are planned soon, including the ability to migrate your sleep, movement, steps data from wearable trackers you might also be using.
