Initial Consult
For new clients - we take a comprehensive look at your health history, lifestyle, food intake and any health challenges you may be facing. You'll leave your consult with a treatment plan including food and lifestyle advice, and supplement recommendations to get your healing journey started.
60 minutes $120
Follow-up Consult
For returning clients - an opportunity to check in with Lisa on your progress, any setbacks or challenges, review test results, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
(If you haven’t seen Lisa for over 18 months, please book an initial)

Bio Impedance Analysis
A great tool for athletes, weight loss clients, and those interested in monitoring and improving their body composition. The B.I.A scales give us a full body breakdown of muscle, fat, bone, water and metabolic markers to help you achieve your goals.

A 12-week program that will nourish your body and encourage a sustainable way of eating, empowering you to lose weight in a healthy way, reset your metabolism and hormones and unlock your true potential!

* A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking appointment bundles, with the remaining balance due at your first consultation.
Upon booking you will be required to schedule your first appointment. Subsequent consultations must be used within 3 months.
